Fire crews attended a fire in the open in Blackburn yesterday evening.
Two fire engines from Blackburn with Darwen attended a fire in the open on Bolton Road, Blackburn yesterdayjust before 8.50pm, April 8.
The fire involved a quantity of wood approximately 10x10m in size and fire crews used one jet to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for one and a half hours.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said: “At 20.49 on 08 April, two fire engines from Blackburn and Darwen attended a fire in the open on Bolton Road, Blackburn.
“The incident involved a quantity of wood approximately 10x10m in size.
“Firefighters used one jet to extinguish the fire.
“They were in attendance for one and a half hours.”
