A driver was arrested after s BMW 3 series was seen travelling at 59mph in a 30mph area in Lancashire, police have said.
The car was speeding in the Brockholes Brow area on the A59 in Preston after 4pm today, Sunday.
Officers found cannabis in the car and the driver also failed a drug wipe test, according to police.
A spokesperson for the police said: “This speeding BMW 3 series caught the attention of HO30.
“It was stopped on Blackpool Road, Preston and the driver was found to be in possession of cannabis and failed a DrugWipeUK for the same.”
