Back in 1997 when this photo was taken a Wednesday night out in Blackburn wasn’t complete without a trip to the Car Wash.
The Seventies’ night was held at Utopia nightclub where the main man responsible for creating the ultimate party was Jensen D’Groover, pictured front, with staff from the club.
