A Preston driver has been arrested after failing to provide a sample to police.
The driver of the blue BMW 118 was previously arrested in January for failing a roadside drug test for cocaine.
This time they did not provide a sample, so was arrested for the second time in three months.
A spokesperson for the police force said: "This BMW 118 was stopped on Whittingham Lane, Preston, by #HO30. The driver had previously been arrested for failing a DrugWipe for cocaine.
"Today the driver decided he would not provide a sample so was arrested."
