Police have closed Parsonage Road near to the villages of Ramsgreave and Wilpshire due to a crash.
The road is closed between the junctions of Hollowhead Lane and York Lane.
Police were called at around 9.40pm yesterday (March 20) to reports of a crash between two vehicles.
The drivers of both vehicles were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A police spokesperson said: "Please be aware Parsonage Road is closed between the junctions of Hollowhead Road and York Road due to a road traffic collision.
"Please avoid the area where possible."
Police have since confirmed the road reopened at around 7am this morning (March 21).
