WE have been inundated with lots of your photographs of your kids dressed up in their favourite costumes for World Book Day.
You can see that parents in East Lancashire have left no stone unturned to find the best entries.
Obviously we have had the traditional entries for characters from Harry Potter, Paddington Bears, Peter Rabbits and Little Red Riding Hood.
But here we have picked out some of our favourites of the imaginative characters we would not have thought of for the day.
One of them is Finley, 5, who was dressed as Jack Torrance from The Shining. "Heeeeeere's Johnny!"
Then Etta, aged two, was also Queen Elizabeth, and keeping on the royal theme Lyla Grace was Princess Anne in her show jumping days.
Charlotte Volkert sent this of Arthur, aged seven as Gangster Granny and then George, aged four - Mr Bean.
Libby, age 9, was Stitch then twins Charlotte and Matthew with best friend Jackson all aged 9 as minions characters Stuart, Kevin and Bob.
Finally we have a spring in our step with our favourite plumbers Arthur and Cody...best friends forever aged 8-year-old as Mario and Luigi.
Don't forget you can send your entries in the assignment below
