Lorraine Kelly has been sent home this morning, after falling ill before her ITV show.
The presenter confirmed she will not be hosting her show this morning, as she is replaced by Preston-born Ranvir Singh.
Good Morning Britain presenters Kate Garraway and Ed Balls confirmed Lorraine had been sent home ahead of her show.
Lorraine took to Twitter to say she had been “suddenly attacked” by an unknown illness.
She said: “When you have to be sent home from work early in the morning because you are suddenly attacked by a hideous bug and were looking forward to interviewing Adam Lambert THAT! Beyond disappointed but imagine if I had infected him !!!!!!”

Speaking about Lorraine’s absence on Good Morning Britain, Kate and Ed said it may be the first time she had ever missed a show due to being ill.
It comes weeks after Lorraine almost missed her show after sleeping in.
In December, the host revealed she had woken up in a panic at 2am thinking she had slept in.
She realised her mistake after showering and getting ready, only to fall back asleep and sleeping through her reset alarm.
She said at the time: “So this is a first. Woke up - convinced I’d slept in - super fast shower - threw on clothes and then looked at time properly…..
“I don't know what happened to me. I woke up at two o'clock in the morning but I thought I was late. Maybe I need glasses.
“But I got up, got ready and wondered whilst all the clocks were at 2. I thought something was wrong with the clocks. I must have just been in a really deep sleep and then started panicking."
