Councillors from several East Lancs wards will be holding an advice surgery this weekend.
Darwen East Labour councillors Katrina Fielding and Martin McCaughran, Darwen West Labour councillors Stephanie Brookfield, Brian Taylor, and Dave Smith, and Darwen South Labour councillor Matt Jackson will be holding an advice surgery at Darwen Library between 10.30am and 11.30am on Saturday, February 18.
Darwen Town Councillor Jonathan Hamer (Darwen West ward) will also be in attendance.
The surgery is an opportunity for Darwen residents to voice any queries or questions they have related to both the borough and town councils.
Cllr Dave Smith said: “Anyone can come along from those wards and ask any questions they want and we’ll try and help them.
“People come along and ask all sorts. Anything. It could be potholes, trees, footpaths, dog mess, litter, benefits. You name it, people ask.”
Anyone in those wards is welcome to attend the free surgery and there is no appointment necessary.
