A Clitheroe swimming club are looking for people to join their team with trials now on offer across the area.
Clitheroe Dolphins District and Amateur Swim Club are hosting trials for residents to join their club.
The Dolphins District and Amateur Swim Club has been thriving since 1973, producing a pipeline of world-class talent from the heart of the Ribble Valley.
A spokesperson for the club said: “If your child is interested in progressing their swimming and perhaps trying competitive swimming, then Clitheroe Dolphins Swimming Club could be for you.
“You are invited to attend a free trial session where a coach will assess your swimmer's current abilities to determine which training pod would be best suited for your swimmer's individual development needs.
“We help swimmers maximise their individual performance through a structured development pathway in a friendly, nurturing environment.
“Our club has a good balance of swimmers who are just starting their competitive journey all the way through to county, regional and national champions.”
The next trials will be taking place on February 3 in Clitheroe, if you would like to try out, visit the club’s website.
