The Finch Bakery twins have announced the closure of one of their shops after a year of trading.
Rachel and Lauren have announced the closure of their stall at Harvey Nichols in Manchester on their social media.
The news has been met with sadness by Finch Bakery lovers who are upset they will have to travel further afield again to enjoy their baked goods.
The pair, who have 182,000 followers on Instagram, opened the pop-up stall in the city centre department store on February 7 last year.
It is now closing just under a year later, with the last chance to pick up their cakes being on Sunday, February 5.
The bakery has a loyal following with customers willing to travel across the country to get their hands on some of the twin's sweet treats.
In 2021, they opened their new shop on Queen Street in Great Harwood, just a stone’s throw from their first shop before opening a stall in the Mall in Blackburn last year.
The pair also held a pop-up stall in Beauty Bazar, Harvey Nichols, in Liverpool last year and have announced that it will be returning for three days on February 10 until February 12.
