A council is inviting tenders for the provision of a licence to all those interested in operating catering services at Edisford Bridge Riverbank Park, Clitheroe.
The Edisford Bridge Riverbank Park is a popular local beauty spot.
It encompasses a parkland setting alongside the River Ribble. There is an existing children’s play area, picnic benches and miniature railway (the latter operated by local enthusiasts).
Ribble Valley Borough Council wishes to let a contract for a period running up to March 31, 2025, to an operator(s) for the supply of ice cream, hot and cold drinks, hot food snacks and confectionery.
The contract will, depending upon responses received, be let as a whole for all items or broken down into two packages.
The council’s requirements, instructions to tenderers and other details about the service are set out in the document listed below.
Those intending to tender are advised to regularly check the council website for any amendments or additions.
Should there be any, these will be clearly identified.
The closing date for the return of all documents is 2pm Monday, February 20.
