Pubs across the region are struggling, with rising energy costs putting their continued trade into question.
It has led to many landlords leaving the business, resulting in many pubs going up for sale or on the hunt for new tenants to take over.
Here is a round-up of some of the available pubs in East Lancs that could soon be yours.
George IV – Burnley
Located on Padiham Road between Burnley and Padiham, The George IV benefits from being close to large residential areas as well as lots of shops and businesses to attract custom.
The pub, which boasts a beer garden, an external drinking area and a small car park for up to 12 vehicles, also sits opposite St Johns Baptist Church, which is regularly used for christenings, weddings, and funerals which the pub can cater for.

The White Bear – Barrowford, Nelson
