Eleven establishments in Hyndburn have been handed a one-star rating from the Food Standards Agency (FSA).
The premises, which include takeaways, shops and cafes, all received a one-star rating in 2022, with one receiving its rating in 2021.
The ratings for some of the establishments will be updated on the FSA website soon following recent re-inspections.
No premises received the lowest score of zero.
Receiving a one-star rating from the FSA means major improvements are necessary, while receiving a zero-star means urgent improvements are necessary.
