A dog and its owner have been left with significant injuries after being attacked by two other dogs.
Police were called on Monday, December 19, just before 2pm to Padiham Greenway after two dogs attacked another dog and its owner.
Police are appealing for information and have provided descriptions of the people whose dogs involved in the attack.
The male is described as a white male, 5ft 10, slim build, dark hair, wearing a grey and black tracksuit with a local accent.
The female is described as a white female, 5ft 3, medium build, approximately 25 years old, dark hair with highlights, thick Russian eyelashes and blue eyes wearing light grey joggers with a local accent.
The pair were with two Blue Bully XL dogs, one being a puppy.
