A man has been jailed after being caught speeding at more than 100mph, while driving on the M6 in Lancashire.
In November police stopped a Vauxhall Zafira driver was driving dangerously.
Lancs Police said he ignored the ‘follow me signs’ in the back of a police vehicle and proceeded to travel at speeds in excess of 100mph on the M6 northbound, at Junction 35.

Phillip Pope, from Wigan, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and to having no insurance.
He has been jailed for 12 months and received a further disqualification of four years and six months.
He is also required to take an extended driving re-test.
Lancs Road Police said: “Phillip Pope, 39, of Vulcan Road, Wigan pleaded guilty at Preston to driving whilst disqualified and with no insurance.
“Pope was sentenced to 12 months in custody and received a further disqualification of four years and six months with an extended re-test.
In November, when they stopped the vehicle, police said: “This Vauxhall Zafira decided to ignore the 'follow me' on the matrix board of #HO41 before driving dangerously at speeds exceeding 100mph on the M6 n/b. Driver stopped with the assistance of #MN11 and #MN31 at j35."
