Two men have been jailed following a town centre burglary.
In the early hours of November 30, officers, along with police dogs, responded to reports of intruders breaking into a premises in Burnley town centre.
With the help of PD Bodie, who entered the shop, the two men were detained after PD Bodie flashed them his beautiful set of pearly whites.
On December 1 at Burnley Magistrates' Court, Warren Hamer of Wordsworth Street, Burnley was sentenced to 26 weeks imprisonment and Steven Hargreaves of Anne Close, Burnley was also sentenced to 26 weeks imprisonment.
A police spokesperson said: "You may remember last week we told you about the burglars that PD Bodie caught in the act.
"Well, we can now update you that on December 1, at Burnley Magistrates' Court, Warren Hamer of Wordsworth Street, Burnley was sentenced to 26 weeks imprisonment and Steven Hargreaves of Anne Close, Burnley was sentenced to 26 weeks imprisonment.
"Officers quickly responded with the help of our dog handler and PD Bodie.
"And after hearing the intruders still inside, PD Bodie entered.
"The two offenders were soon greeted by PD Bodie showing them his beautiful set of pearly whites."
