Firefighters were called to a commercial building fire in Blackburn today.
At around 11.25am on Thursday (November 10) four fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn were called to the fire on Accrington Road.
Two breathing apparatus and tactical ventilation were used to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters spent one hour and twenty minutes tackling the blaze.
A fire and rescue spokesperson said: “At 11.25am on Thursday, November 10, four fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn attended an incident on Accrington Road, Blackburn.
“The fire involved an extraction unit in a commercial building.
“Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and tactical ventilation to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for one hour and twenty minutes.”
