Guests were treated to a menu curated by celebrity chefs Ken Hom and Nigel Haworth last week at a charitable event at a racecourse in the North West.
An Asian inspired menu was carefully created by the culinary veterans who also oversaw the kitchen on the evening, delivering top quality dishes for 70 guests at the luxurious venue.
PARADE, at Chester Racecourse, was chosen by The Blenheim Club, a new charitable organisation, for the launch of its new venture with ambitious plans to enrich 80 million lives whilst combining luxury lifestyle experiences, community and philanthropy.
Opportunities for guests to meet the chefs and discuss the evening’s dishes provided an intimate and unique experience that PARADE has become known for.
Nigel Haworth, born in Whalley, and has spent the law few decades perfecting his craft in Lancashire.
He spent more than 30 years as head chef at Northcote in Langho - during which time he appeared on Saturday Kitchen, Great British Menu and Market Kitchen.
After handing Michelin-starred Northcote on to Lisa Goodwin-Allen, he reacquired The Three Fishes in Mitton, which he had launched in 2004.
Following the event's success, The Blenheim Club has already confirmed its return to PARADE for its next philanthropic dinner early next year.
Tom Wilkins, who is the inspiration behind The Blenheim Club, said: "We received unbelievable support from the PARADE team before, during and after the event.

The restaurant is quickly becoming known as one of the best trackside venues in the sport and has been shortlisted for the upcoming Racecourse Association Awards in the food and beverage category.
