An international line-up of rock and pop superstars has been unveiled for next summer's Lytham Festival.
Jamiroquai, George Ezra, Sting and Lionel Richie will headline different nights of the five day event joining the previously announced closing headliners Def Leppard and Motley Crue.
Festival director Peter Taylor said: “What a line-up! We are always excited to reveal who will be coming to Lytham Festival and for 2023 we have one of our best line-ups to date.
“Each year we endeavour to work with artists who appeal to as wide an audience as possible. So when you’ve got Jamiroquai opening the festival, George Ezra the following night, and then Sting with special guest Blondie, I think it’s fair to say that represents a very varied week at Lytham.
“Add to that we are delighted we have the icon that is Lionel Richie finally coming to us and of course, we’ve already announced we have arguably the world’s most iconic and celebrated rock legends to close the festival - Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe.
“Lytham Festival is all about the audience and what we can bring to those music fans every year. 2023 represents a huge line up of both international stars and homegrown talent. It’s going to be a big year.”
Next year's festival runs from Wednesday, June 28 to Sunday, July 2.
Getting things off to a flying start will be Jamiroquai led by Jay Kay. The funk and jazz outfit have sold more than 27 million albums worldwide and will bring the festival’s biggest ever funk night.
George Ezra - who last appeared at Lytham in 2018 - will headline on the Thursday night following the release of his number one album The Gold Rush Kid earlier this year.
On Friday night, it will be the turn of Sting to headline. From his days with the Police to a stellar solo career he remains one the world’s most distinctive artists.
He will be supported by Blondie fronted by Debbie Harry and Friday night's line-up will also include Kaiser Chiefs and Germein.
It will be time to let your hair down on the Saturday when global superstar Lionel Richie makes his long-awaited debut at Lytham with a set spanning his career from his early days with the Commodores to the present.
He will be supported by award-winning hitmaker Gabrielle, British pop icon Kim Wilde and blues, soul and rock artist Kevin Davy White.
And the closing night of Lytham Festival 2023 on Sunday, July 2 will see its biggest rock night ever with a double headliner set from Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard.
Five-day passes are on sale now from www.lythamfestival.com, individual tickets for Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe go on sale at 10am today and individual tickets to all other nights will go on sale at 8am next Friday, November 4.
