There are severe delays on the M6 southbound due to a crash on the motorway.
The southbound carriage of the motorway between J31-J30 are blocked with delays of around 30 minutes.
Two lanes are closed after a crash on M61 Southbound after the M6 junction 30.
A spokesperson for the police said the police left the scene at around 3:05pm.

Congestion is building on the M6 junction 32 (Broughton Interchange).
Traffic has been moving slow with an average speed of 10mph.
