If you are looking for a quality Lancashire restaurant or gastropub to dine at this weekend why not visit one which holds a prestigious AA rosette?
The AA Hospitality Awards 2022, which celebrate the country’s best businesses, were held earlier this week, and The White Swan at Fence was the only restaurant in Lancashire to receive new AA Rosettes.
The White Swan joins a long list of quality restaurants that have already received rosettes in the past, including Northcote in Langho, Moor Hall Restaurant in Ormskirk, and more.
Assessments of AA-inspected establishments are based on the experience of the inspectors on the occasion.
The restaurants are then awarded one to five rosettes depending on the inspector's assessment.
