The successful Finch Bakery has announced it will be opening a pop up shop for a weekend in Liverpool.
Lauren Sinclair and Rachel Finch, the popular bakery twins, have made the announcement to the delight of their followers on social media.
The pop-up shop will be in the city’s Harvey Nicholls store in Manestys Lane from November 4 until November 7.
Customers shared their elation in the comments of their social media posts, with many saying they will definitely be visiting the stall over the November weekend.
The pair already have their main shop in Great Harwood as well as a shop in the Harvey Nicholls store in Manchester city centre.
Lauren and Rachel, who have 177,000 followers on Instagram, opened their Great Harwood shop last year, just four doors down from their original shop also in Queen Street.
They started their business from home, making cakes for friends and family but now post their baked goods to postcodes across the UK, as well as having written a recipe book which made the Amazon top 10 list.
Recently, the twins spoke out about difficulties they have faced with the climbing costs of bills and ingredients.
They have announced plans to reduce the amount they bake to try and keep trading during the cost-of-living crisis, meaning some people might see their favourite items unavailable in the shops and online store.
