Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a fire caused extensive damage to a pub in Blackburn.
Six fire engines and an aerial ladder platform were called to the Farthings pub, on Rosewood Avenue in Roe Lee, in the early hours of Saturday morning (September 10).
A Blackburn and Darwen police spokesperson said: “Two people were seen entering the grounds of the pub at 2.25am, with two people seen leaving at 2.29am.
"Do you know who these people were?
“Anyone with information is asked to email 8908@lancashire.police.uk or ring 101, quoting log 0223 of September 10.”
No injuries were reported and a fire investigation took place following the blaze at the derelict pub at around 3.36am.
