TWO men were due in court today charged in connection with the theft of a £56,000 car.
Imran Khan, 20, of Kensington Street, Bradford and Shaheryar Rehman, 21 of Highfield Gardens, Bradford were both arrested on Saturday morning in Bradford by West Yorkshire Police.
This relates to an alleged burglary which happened in the early hours of Saturday when an address in Foxwood Chase, Accrington was broken into and a gold chain worth £1,800 was stolen along with an Audi RS4 worth £56,000.
Both men were charged with burglary and breach of bail and Khan was also charged with dangerous driving, disqualified driving and failing to stop for police.
Both were due to appear before Hyndburn Magistrates today.
