FORMER Labour supremo and avid Burnley FC fan Alastair Campbell led a lap of honour ahead of an epic charity bike ride on Saturday.
The former Downing Street press secretary rode with the Burnley Bike Riders before the club's final home game of the season against Cardiff City at Turf Moor.
Yesterday the Burnley Bike Riders set off on a 600-mile journey through Holland, Belgium and France before arriving at Selhurst Park in time for Burnley's last away game of the season against Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Money will go to Burnley's efforts to raise £35,000 for blood cancer charity Leukaemia Research and its youth development programme.
