A 20-year-old man has been charged in conn-ection with a series of indecent exposures in Darwen.
Craig Higgs of Beaumont Way, Darwen, was arrested on April 18 and charged with four counts of indecent exposure.
They alleged offences occurred between December 10, 2006 and March 28, 2008.
Higgs was also charged with making indecent phone calls to a female in Newcastle on April 30, 2007 and September 23, 2007.
He had been remanded in custody and appeared before Blackburn magistrates on April 19.
The court released him on conditional bail with electronic monitoring and curfew conditions.
He was also ordered to live outside Lancashire and not to enter the county until his next appearance at Blackburn on May 2.
