A MAN exposed himself to two elderly women out walking their dogs, police said.
In the first incident a 60-year-old woman was approached in Hoddles-den Road, Hoddlesden near Harwood Lane, on March 11 by a man who asked her for the time before exposing himself.
Following a police appeal, another woman told police she had been walking her dog at the beginning of March in St Paul's Terrace, Hoddlesden, when she was approached by a man matching the description, although it is not believed any offence took place.
Then on March 28 a 62-year-old woman in Whitehall Park, White-hall Road, was approached by the man who asked her about footpaths in the area then exposed himself.
He said he was from Bolton and staying with a friend in Darwen.
The man is white, slim, in his mid to late teens, He is around 5ft 8ins tall, with short, dark brown hair. He wore dark clothing on both occasions.
