A man charged with six counts of alleged child sex offences - including rape - has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Richard Chamberlain, 32, appeared before Preston Crown Court on Monday, August 30, where he denied all charges against him.
It is alleged that Chamberlain, of Buccleuch Road, Nelson, raped and indecently assaulted a boy.
He has denied three counts of rape of a male under 16, and three counts of indecent assault on a boy under the age of 14 years.
He had previously been called to appear before Hull Court House for the charges before his case was sent to Preston Crown Court.
A trial date for his case has been set for March 27, 2023.
