Appeal to find missing 78-year-old
Update: Thomas has been found safe and well this afternoon.
Police are appealing for information to help find a missing elderly man.
Thomas Sharp, who is 78-years-old, is missing from his home in Leyland.
From the photo, Thomas is white, with thin white hair and brown eyes.
Thomas is described to be wearing a thin dark blue jacket with red and white stripes around it and dark blue jogging pants. It is believed that he has odd socks on and is not wearing shoes.
He is believed to have links to the Millom area of Cumbria.
