Firefighters are tackling a blaze in a derelict building.
Crews were called to Oxford Road in Burnley at around 6.30pm on Wednesday after the fire broke out.
Three fire engines from Burnley and Nelson attended the incident, which involved the ground floor of the derelict property.
A spokesman said: “Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, one hose reel, and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. They currently remain in attendance.”
