It may only be January, but the sound of summer is already here - and it's sung by a sweet-sounding Swede.
Club 8 is an occasional outfit consisting of vocalist Karolina Komstedt and Johan Angergard, and despite several years away, they still perfectly fit the Swedish indie-pop scene archetype.
Which is to say, they clearly worship Belle and Sebastian, Saint Etienne and that whole C86 thing.
The Boy Who Couldn't Stop Dreaming is at its best when blissful and dreamy, like opener Jesus, Walk With Me, and at its worst when more traditional jangly indie, as on When I Come Around.
As long as you dig "twee", though, then kicking back and relaxing to this is a beautiful way to spend half an hour.
