A man has died inside Haslingden Health Centre, police have said after the centre was closed earlier today.
Shortly before 8am, Lancashire Constabulary were called to a "sudden death" at the centre in Manchester Road, Haslingden.
A spokesperson for the force said: "We were called around 7.45am today (Monday, July 4) to a report of a sudden death at the Haslingden Health Centre in Manchester Road, Haslingden.
"Emergency services attended with the body of a man, found inside the building. He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be passed to the coroner in due course."
The health centre is expected to remain closed until further notice.
It shared on its Facebook page, Haslingden Healthcare, a post at 8.20am which said: "Due to a police incident the surgery is currently closed."
