House prices in West Lancashire have soared by an average of over £9,000 in the month of March, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in March 2022 average house prices in West Lancashire reached £226,280.

This was up from £216,661 in February, representing a 4.4 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 10.5 per cent.
