A RIBBLE VALLEY restaurant has unveiled their revamped garden complete with a pizza oven.
The 3 Millstones Inn, West Bradford, has a brand new patio area, which can seat up to 30 guests.
Also installed earlier this month is their new outdoor woodfired pizza oven, which they will be firing up for ‘pizza and prosecco night’ for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Guests won’t go thirsty as they can also take advantage of the outdoor bottle bar too.
As well as regular pizza toppings, such as chicken and barbeque as well as margherita, they will also be selling a less conventional pizza topping that adventurous eaters are sure to love.
Brie and caramelised onion pizza is on the menu, along with their breakfast pizza, which will be topped with sausage, black pudding and fried eggs.
Lauren Frost, owner of the restaurant, said the new outdoor area has been well-received by guests.
She said: “Since we made the announcement people have been very excited and a lot of people have been enquiring about the pizza event – it should be good.
“They also think the patio area is really nice and love the fairy lights that we turn on in the evening.
“It’s a lovely little area and it’s a real sun trap up there too.”
The 3 Millstones Inn pizza and prosecco night will take place on Friday, June 3. Lauren “strongly recommends” booking in advance as seats are limited.
Regular pizzas on the terrace will resume from Friday, June 10, when pizzas will be available Friday and Saturdays, depending on the weather forecast.
The 3 Millstones prides itself on providing a full dining with beautifully cooked and presented food and an excellent selection of beers, ales, and wines.
All of the food at the restaurant is locally sourced and prepared using local ingredients from local suppliers.
Their B&B boasts 10 en-suite bedrooms, all stylishly decorated to match the rustic country theme the restaurant prides itself on.
They were recently nominated for a Lancashire Tourism Award in the ‘Perfect Stay’ category.
