Lancashire celebrities, Tyson and Paris Fury, had a family celebration at the weekend after The Gypsy King retained his WBC heavyweight title.
Paris, who lives in Morecambe with her husband and six children, posted a picture of their post-fight celebrations with other members of the family.
Tyson’s half-brother, Tommy, is pictured with his girlfriend and former Love Island star, Molly-Mae Hague at the meal, along with Tyson’s dad, John Fury, who is also included in the celebration snap.
Social media influencer, Molly-Mae, who has been in a relationship with Tommy Fury after meeting on ITV2's Love Island in 2019, also posted some adorable snaps as she posed with Paris and The Gypsy King himself.
They were celebrating after Tyson Fury retained his WBC Heavyweight crown with a stunning knockout against fellow Brit Dillian Whyte in front of a record 94,000 crowd at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
Fury, 33, has hinted he intends to retire from boxing undefeated following the win, despite boxing fans and pundits praying for him to take part in a unification bout against either Olexsandr Usyk or long-time foe Anthony Joshua.
Paris said she was “proud” of her husband for following his dreams.
She said: “Words can’t describe how proud I am of him, he told me when I was 16 he would do all this, it seemed crazy back then, but he followed his dreams and I supported him all the way.
“I love you Tyson, proudest wife on the planet.”
Having ended Wladimir Klitschko’s long reign as world champion and gotten the better of Deontay Wilder in a bruising trilogy, Fury is widely considered the best fighter in his division and a modern great.
He indicated at the weekend he has no interest in facing either Usyk, the reigning WBA, IBF, IBO and WBO champion, or another domestic adversary in Anthony Joshua, seemingly announcing his retirement instead.
“I’ve given 20 years to boxing, amateur and professional,” said Fury. “I’ve had my brains knocked about, been put down, dropped, cut, I’ve had tough fights, draws, wins, I’ve boxed all over the world.
“How much blood can you get out of a stone? I’ve given everything and put it on the line every single time and enough is enough. If it was about money I’d continue but it ain’t about money, so I’m happy.
“It’s never been about money, I’m not a money person. I know a lot of people who have money, big money, but none of them are happy, not one of them.
“Money cannot make happiness, it’s not been about belts for me, it’s not legacies, it’s not been about anything apart from punching a motherf*****’s face in on the night. All I ever want to do is win.”
Speaking to BT Sport Boxing, Paris revealed her wishes for Tyson to retire now and enjoy a quiet live in the coastal town of Morecambe.
She said: “We are very blessed and lucky to not need anymore money and that man has wanted to do.
“I think the only reason Tyson would come back is for a unification fight because he has nothing left to prove.
“I know he would go into different avenues and he’d probably want to be a WWE star or something crazy like that… he would fill his life in some which way. He doesn’t need to box anymore.”
