A GROUP of ghost hunt experts will be exploring the history of the Pendle witches this weekend – but will there be any paranormal activity?
Haunting Nights, a team of experienced event facilitators, ghost hunting mediums and historians, have organised 'The Pendle Witches Ghost Hunt'.
The village of Barley, in which your ghost hunt will be centred around, has its own history connected to the Pendle Witches and the Lancashire witch trials.
Your evening will begin with the story and insight into haunted local buildings.
From here, ghost hunters will delve deep into the epicentre of the Pendle Witch story and attempt to uncover the hauntings of these paranormal hotspots.
After this, ghost hunters will return to their haunted base where they will carry out investigations until the early hours of the morning.
During your night you will be taking part in various methods of ghost hunting, including ouija boards, table tipping, glass divination, psychic seances and other modern day ghost hunting techniques.
This ghost hunt is only available for those 18 and over but tickets are limited. Ticket prices start from £49.
The event takes place on Saturday, April 9. Other Pendle ghost hunts will take place later in the year.
