The Foundry Tap and Kitchen on the former Oyster and Otter site in Feniscowles will open on Monday.
The pub has been transformed by Daniel Thwaites PLC, which owns the building has and invested over £300,000 into revamping its interiors, common spaces and kitchen.
The new operators will re-open as a "friendly local pub", where those who are dropping in for a drink after work are as welcome as customers who are dining for a special occasion.
The new operators, who have other venues on their books including The Horns Inn at Churchtown, have created a Vaults at the pub with Sky Sports and BT sport, whilst the restaurant will offer freshly cooked and locally sourced pub fare.
The Foundry Tap & Kitchen will host weekly quiz nights and special menus for occasions such as Mother’s Day and Christmas.
New operator, Steven Greenhalf, said: “After 18 months of hard work, we can’t wait to open the Foundry’s doors to our local community.
"We’ve worked hard to create a story through our revamp because customers want to feel immersed in a venue, they want to be comfortable and entertained.
"I think we’ve achieved that and I can’t wait for people to see the result.
“We had a tremendous response to our recruitment drive and The Foundry team includes hospitality professionals, talented chefs and passionate front of house staff.
"I’d like to thank the local community for their support thus far in opening The Foundry, it’s clear that they can’t wait for a good local on their doorstep.”
The Foundry Tap & Kitchen is part of Daniel Thwaites PLC, the Lancashire based brewer and hotelier.
Andrew Buchanan, Director of Pubs and Brewing, added : “At Thwaites we pride ourselves on working with passionate operators and investing in the right areas so that our partners can have the freedom to run a profitable business.
"The Foundry Tap & Kitchen is in a fantastic location and is a much-needed asset to this strong-knit community.
"We wish the team well and look forward to watching them develop the business."
The Lancashire Telegraph reported about workmen on the site in February.
The building had been boarded up since it closed in June 2020 when its operator went into administration, but construction started last month with a view to opening in April.
Bosses signed terms for The Foundry in Summer 2021 but delayed the £300,000 refurbishment plan due to the pandemic.
