A RURAL pub has been placed on the market with a price tag just shy of half a million pounds.
The Nabs Head Hotel in Samlesbury has been put up for sale with a price tag of £450,000.
Acting on behalf of Daniel Thwaites the site is being sold by commercial property consultants Trevor Dawson’s.
The pub sits on 0.3 acres of land in the centre of the village and has 23 parking spaces, and is a freehold detached property.

A spokesperson said: “The premises is well positioned for local trade, but also within easy reach of the tourist destination of Samlesbury Hall, with BAE Systems and the Samlesbury brewery close by.
“It is also an opportunity for redevelopment, subject to any necessary planning approvals.”
