A five storey entertainment complex will open in Burnley on February 8.
Koko's, which has a jazz, soul and blues bar, a latin bar, a mediterranean restaurant, cabaret lounge and a private members' club.
The former Elizabeth Street Mill furniture warehouse has been given a 24 hour drinks licence and will be used for private function hire including corporate training, marriages and civil partnerships.
Mayor of Burnley, Coun Peter McCann was invited to a Preview Tour by the owner, Pino Musso.
He said: "Koko's is welcoming and tasteful, and is a very interesting venture geared for many tastes, with a rich variety of entertainment and dining venues within one building.
"I wish Koko's every success."
