THE community skip has been brought back to Burnley.
Burnley Council launched the scheme, designed to stop fly-tipping, in Pheasantford Green Car Park, Duke Bar, yesterday.
Councillor Gary Frayling helped residents mark the fact that the skip will be available for them to use again with funding from the RESPECT agenda.
