Channel 4 producers are on the hunt for people in Lancashire, who are desperate for a home makeover, to take part in a TV show.

Is your bedroom bland, living room lacklustre, dining room dull or office space overcrowded? Would you love to give your neighbours and friends the ultimate makeover?

If so, you should apply for the new series of lifestyle programme, Changing Rooms.

They are currently casting for the new series of their lifestyle show, Changing Rooms.

The show originally ran from 1996 to 2004 and amassed millions of viewers; it was rebooted in 2021.

Changing Rooms sees two sets of homeowners from the same neighbourhood work against the clock to renovate a room in each other’s houses.

They’ll work with interior designers and industry experts to bring the new looks to life in the chosen rooms, with the designers’ bold and opposing styles ensuring each transformation will be spectacular, innovative and unexpected.

The series will be packed full of interior design tips and DIY suggestions to add ingenious design solutions to unloved corners of our homes.

A spokesperson for the casting team said applicants need to provide some personal information, as well as a video clip.

They said: “Please fill in the application form in as much detail as possible.

“Please record a three minute video telling us all about yourself, the room you want made over and who you want to swap homes with. They must live a five minutes' walk away.

“Thanks for applying and good luck!”
