POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man missing from his home in Nelson.
Finance manager Steven Calderbank, 44, was last seen at the family home in Hallam Road at about 12.30pm on Friday.
Steven was believed to have been suffering from stress at work, police said.
He is described as white, 5ft 11ins, medium build with thinning auburn hair and blue eyes. He wears spectacles.
He was thought to be wearing a claret-coloured T-shirt and brown hooded top, light blue denim jeans, a dark beanie hat, black three-quarter length coat and white trainers. He was also wearing a pink cancer awareness wristband and a white wristband.
Sgt Jonathan Lobb, of Burnley Police, said: "We are growing increasingly concerned about Steven as of course are his family. He has not been seen for 24 hours now and we would appeal for anyone who may have seen anyone matching his description or who has any information about his possible whereabouts, to get in touch with us."
Anyone with information should call police at Burnley on 01282 472130.
