Chorley’s newest scare attraction, Camelot Rises, has been forced to cancel tonight’s (18 February) cinema experience due to the region’s stormy weather.
The zombie drive-thru experience, which is being held at Camelot Theme Park, was meant to be screening 28 Weeks Later at 9pm.
However, a spokesperson for the company said they cancelling the screening “due to Government advice” around travel.
The date has been rearranged and they have told ticket holders how to get a refund if the new date doesn’t work for their schedule.
A spokesperson said: "The safety of our guests is our top priority and due to government advice to stay at home and to only travel if needed - unfortunately, we've made the decision to cancel tonight's showing of 28 Weeks Later at 9pm.
"All tickets for this showing will be automatically swapped to an alternative showing of 28 Weeks Later on Saturday 26th February at 5:30pm.
"For guests that are unable to attend the revised screening, we urge customers to contact our team via email: tickets@oneagencymedia.co.uk. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
It’s not the first time that Camelot Rises has been forced to postpone some of their events.
Its opening weekend was meant to open to the public for the first time at the weekend but organisers announced the cancellation on Saturday (5 February).
However, a power outage linked to a “national shortage of power generators” forced the operators to cancel some of the events.

People across Lancashire have been warned to stay at home and avoid travel where possible today (18 February), as Storm Eunice brings strong winds and rain to the county.
The Army has even been placed on standby to help those affected.
Northern, a train company which operates in Lancashire and other areas in the north, has told passengers “do not travel” as “significant disruption” is expected to impact rail services meaning delays and cancellations are highly likely.
