FORMER Sugababe Amella Berrebah is to star in a new musical heading to Colne Muni in May.

Soul Sister is the story of three friends who have known each other for 30 years but nothing can prepare them for the revelations that unfold during a reunion at a Soul Weekender.

The cast also includes Bad Girls and Emmerdale star Nicole Faraday and Voice star Wendi Harriott who has worked with Rod Stewart and Jennifer Hudson.

Amelle, who sang on hits such as Push the Button and About You Now said: “When I read the script, I knew I wanted to be in this amazing show instantly.”
