COURT: Blackburn magistrates
A MAN has appeared before Blackburn magistrates after 454 cannabis plants were seized from a house in Burnley on Saturday.
Greek national, Nikolai Tsilogannopoulos, 28, was charged with producing cannabis. He was arrested when police raided a house on Jockey Street.
The defendant gave no indication of plea and the case was directed to Burnley Crown Court where he will appear on March 3.
