A number of road closures will be in place this weekend as people don their running gear to take part in an annual 10k race.
The East Lancashire Hospice 10k takes place on Sunday January 16, with the route passing through Great Harwood.
As a result, roads in the area will be closed between 8am and 12pm to facilitate the runners and ensure their safety on the roads.
The affected roads include Alan Ramsbottom Way, Barons Way, Hyndburn Road, St Huberts Street and Station Road.
A spokesperson for the East Lancashire Hospice said: "Please be advised that road closures and diversions will be in place for the East Lancashire Hospice 10k in and around Great Harwood, between the hours of 8am and 12pm on Sunday January 16.
"East Lancashire Hospice would like to thank you for your patience during this time."
The race will begin at 11am from Gaskell Motor Bodies, Gaskell Court, Alan Ramsbottom Way.
