Posing with a colleague at the front of the store she wrote: "We might be going but we are going with a smile".
A few months after losing he job, Sophie announced that she was training to be a florist.
In an episode of Channel 4’s Gogglebox, which aired in March 2021, Sophie was seen practicing her floristry skills with brother, Pete.
On the episode, she asked: "I’ve been practising my flowers, do you want to see the bouquets I’ve made?"
"Go on then, let’s have a look," he replied, as Sophie warned him: "It’s got eucalyptus in."
After accidentally rubbing the eucalyptus into his eye, Pete joked: “I’m suing. I’m gonna ruin your business now before it’s even started darling.”
In a later episode of Gogglebox which aired in October, Sophie revealed that she had passed her floristry exams.
