A SURVEY to find out what NHS patients think about the community health care they receive is being held across East Lancashire.
Randomly-selected patients will be given questionnaires about their experiences in making appointments, quality of care, communication with health professionals, and a range of other matters.
The results will be used to improve patients' experiences and highlight areas where performance is up to scratch or could be improved.
David Peat, Chief Executive of East Lancashire PCT, said: "We hope patients who receive the questionnaire will take the time to help us.
"Their views are vital in helping us find out how we are doing in the provision of community health and how we can improve."
