Lancashire Coronation Street star, Sam Aston, will be joining Vernon Kay for a night of star-studded entertainment next year.
TV personality Vernon Kay will be leading the Meet The Stars evening and will be quizzing some soap stars about life behind the camera and also their personal life.
The audience will also have the chance to ask questions too.
Along with Sam Aston, who lives in Rossendale, Andy Whyment and Emmerdale’s Lisa Riley will also be at the event.
Sam Aston, who recently announced that baby number two is on the way, is best known for his portrayal of Chesney Brown in Coronation Street and may even answer some questions about life on set.
Andy Whyment, best known for playing Kirk in Coronation Street, and Lisa Riley who portrayed Mandy Dingle in Emmerdale, may also blow the lid on some of their secrets.
The night will also be filled with plenty of entertainment with a House Of Angels vocalist, Sax, Drums and Violin group and Bolton born Megan Wroe performing.
If that wasn’t enough, there will be a DJ playing who will finish off the evening.
Vernon, aged 46, will be donating his fee for the event to the club’s Community Trust, where he is an ambassador.
The event is being organised by Lisa Forshaw PR, who has organised similar events at the Bolton venue. She said: “I’m hosting a number of events within Bolton alongside all the other fantastic events Bolton Council host and other organisations. I’m hoping to be a tiny dot in helping our town celebrate all things Bolton while bringing in famous faces from Bolton and surrounding areas.
“I love my town and hosting events.”
