When you envision celebs, you picture red carpets and fine dining – but two from Lancashire decided to break the mould by playing a game of bingo instead.
Boxer, Tyson Fury and Preston presenter and former cricketer, Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff, descended on Buzz Bingo on Marine Road, Morecambe with their dabbers.
They were accompanied by former professional footballer, Jamie Redknapp.
While this seems like a fun day out there may be more to it. Sky TV show, A League of Their Own, reshared the image to their social media page, writing: "A League of Their Own Road Trip coming soon…"
A League of Their Own Road Trip is a spin-off series of `A League of Their Own'.
In the show, Jamie Redknapp and Freddie Flintoff take off to destinations around the world and the UK, competing in challenges and visiting some notable monuments.
In previous series of the show, the duo visited Europe and America.
Judging from this latest social media hint, season three, which is still being filmed, will take them to Morecambe – but for what reason?
The Sky press team have remained very tight-lipped about the new series.
A spokesperson for the Sky Press team said “it’s a bit too soon to reveal what happens in Road Trip as we’re still filming” but promised to unveil more juicy details closer to the time.
Fans of the show are very excited about the teaser image.
One person wrote: “Can’t wait for this”.
“Wish I still worked there to have met those guys,” said another.
The Buzz Bingo team wrote: “We feel so honoured that they asked to use our club to film A League Of Their Own”.
